COMMISSION / BUILD WITH US

We'll help you
make your move.

You bring something that ought to exist and doesn't yet. We define it, design it, build it, and run it — the same way we built the products we run ourselves.

SEE HOW A BUILD WORKS ↓
THE RUN

Four stages, in order.

Every engagement runs the same shape. You can stop after any stage, and you own everything produced up to that point.

01

Define

We work out what's actually worth building, and for whom. You leave with a decision, not a deck — and you can walk away here.

A week, usually less
02

Design

The decision gets fixed into an interface and an architecture. Real screens, real data shapes, real edge cases.

Two to four weeks
03

Build

We build it properly — the part that has to survive contact with real users, real money, real load.

The bulk of it
04

Run

Ship it, then keep it alive. We can hand you the keys, or keep running it with you.

Launch, then ongoing

✚ GOOD FIT

  • Products with real complexity underneath — money, inventory, documents, workflow.
  • A founder or small team who needs the whole span, not a pair of hands.
  • Something where the interface has to make a genuinely hard thing feel obvious.
  • A first real version, or a second version that has to undo the first.

✕ NOT OUR PRESS

  • Staff augmentation — a body to drop into an existing sprint board.
  • Work that needs a team of fifteen by next quarter.
  • A build you could do faster yourself with an off-the-shelf tool.
  • Anything where the deadline is already impossible before we start.

If you're in the right column, we'll say so on the first call — and point you somewhere better if we can. We'd rather lose a project than take one we can't do well.

TERMS

What we won't pretend.

There's no pricing table here, because there isn't an honest one to write. What a build costs depends on what it is and how finished it needs to be.

What we can tell you up front: we take on a small number of builds a year so each one gets the studio rather than a slice of it, we scope and quote per stage rather than asking you to commit blind, and you own the work. The first conversation costs nothing and usually ends with a straight answer about whether this is worth doing at all.

MAKE THE FIRST MOVE

Bring us something hard.

Tell us what you're building and where it's stuck. A real reply from a person who builds things, not a form response.
